By accessing or using EventStay AI (the "Service"), operated by T.Y. Solutions LLC, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
EventStay AI is a travel concierge platform that helps you find lodging near events, venues, destinations and jobsites. We search third-party accommodation providers and display results on an interactive map. We do not own, operate, or control any accommodation, and we do not take bookings directly — reservations are completed with third-party booking providers.
Affiliate relationship
EventStay AI may earn a commission when you book through links on the Service. This affiliate relationship does not necessarily increase the price you pay. See our Affiliate Disclosure for full details.
Use of the Service
- You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
- You agree not to scrape, resell, or redistribute content without permission.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit (e.g., lead forms) and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Accounts
Some features require a registered account. You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Third-party bookings and disclaimers
Accommodation availability, pricing and booking terms are set by third-party providers and may change without notice. EventStay AI is not a party to any booking transaction and is not liable for the acts or omissions of booking providers or accommodations.
Intellectual property
The Service's branding, design and editorial content are owned by T.Y. Solutions LLC. User-submitted content remains yours; you grant us a license to use it to operate the Service.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, T.Y. Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any third-party booking.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Oregon.
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
