Bend is Central Oregon's premier destination for outdoor enthusiasts, with world-class mountain biking, skiing at Mt. Bachelor and a thriving festival scene. The nearby Deschutes County Fair & Expo Center hosts fairs, rodeos and expos throughout the year.
Where to stay
Downtown Bend and the Old Mill District offer walkable dining and shopping. Staying near the river provides easy access to summer festivals and the Deschutes County Fairgrounds in Redmond is a short drive north.
